Today, we are reaching out to you—our friends, neighbors, and "Friends of the Children"—to help us address a critical challenge in our community.

The Challenge We Face

The statistics are sobering. In our local area, reports indicate that more than half of students are reading below grade level, with similar gaps appearing in mathematics.

These subjects are the fundamental building blocks for every child's future development. As a community, we must ask ourselves: how long can we accept these scores?

There is a path forward. Through the LEARNS Act, school-aged children in our state have a unique opportunity to receive a quality, tuition-free private school education at a site of their parents' choosing.
